Arun Valley is the deepest valley in Nepal situated in between two significant national parks, Makalu-Barun National Park and Everest National Park. Due to its positioning, it consists of diverse and abundant flora and fauna. The valley has been honored by an assortment of wild creatures and vegetation and is a habitat of more than 650 unique types of birds and more than 800 species of butterflies. Trekkers also get to witness the world famous endangered red pandas on the way up the valley. Aside from its inexhaustible biodiversity, the valley is likewise celebrated for its beautiful Sherpa and Rai towns and the unbelievable perspectives of the Himalayan giants including Mt. Baruntse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku, and so forth that it offers to its guests.
The trek to Arun Valley trek begins from a scenic flight to Phalpu which lies in the north-east region of Nepal. Voyagers feel overwhelmed by the mountain flight as they get the chance to witness the fascinating view of the mountain peaks and meandering landscapes. After an amazing flight above the clouds, we begin our first climb to Jhareni which lies at an elevation of 2096 m. Trekkers find themselves walking past the scattered Rai villages as they head to Waku, one of the highlights of the trek. Stumbling upon the natural beauty in Waku, the trail ascends towards Sotang followed by the remarkable hospitality of locals in Bung. After a few days walk we head up to Jaubari, where we get to experience the authentic lifestyle of Sherpa people and their culture and traditions. Travelers pass through dwindling rivers, swinging suspension bridges and bamboo houses in Gothebazaar.

Arun Valley Trek is undoubtedly a hot spot for travelers who want to witness and experience rich natural resources, wild flora, and fauna with a perfect blend of the scenic beauty of the mountain vistas.
